For general contractors & builders
A gutter sub who shows up when the schedule says so.
Gutters are a small line item that can hold up a walkthrough. The problem is rarely the price — it is the sub who cannot be reached and does not show.
What usually goes wrong
The four things a bad gutter sub costs you.
Licence exposure that lands on you
Arizona licences are classification-specific. A residential-only sheet metal classification does not authorise commercial work. If your sub is not properly classified for the job, that is a problem that finds its way back to your licence.
A crew you never vetted
Plenty of gutter companies win the bid and then sub it out again. The people on your site are two steps removed from anyone you spoke to.
Lead times you cannot plan around
If gutters have to be ordered and fabricated off site, your schedule inherits that lead time. We form on the driveway.
Punch-list callbacks
Wrong pitch, wide hanger spacing, snap-in miters. None of it shows on day one and all of it shows in the first monsoon — usually right after you have closed the job out.
How we work instead
- Arizona ROC CR-45 — commercial and residential sheet metal. Verifiable at roc.az.gov before you award anything.
- Own employees on gutter work. The only thing we subcontract is fascia and wood-rot carpentry, and we flag it before we touch it.
- On-site fabrication, so we are not a lead-time dependency in your critical path.
- Progress billing and retainage on commercial scopes, set out in the agreement before work starts.
- COI and additional insureds provided same day on request.
- Antonio answers the phone himself — no dispatch layer between you and the person running the job.
Scopes we take
- New construction, production and custom
- Seamless gutter and downspout systems, 5-inch and 6-inch K-style
- Large-capacity runs for bigger roof areas
- Scuppers, through-wall and overflow drainage on parapet roofs
- Site drainage — drain lines, French drains, hardscape protection
- Rain tanks and rainwater collection
- Multi-unit and HOA properties under a single scope
- Remodel and tenant improvement work
Before you award anything — to anyone
Arizona licences are classification-specific. Ask for the number and the classification, not just the number, and check it at roc.az.gov. A residential-only sheet metal classification (R-45) does not authorise commercial work.
Ours is #365076, CR-45 — commercial and residential. Look it up before you call us, not after.
How to hand us a job
