About
Built for a market that didn’t know it had a problem.
Arizona and gutters don’t typically go in the same sentence. That is exactly why this company exists.
Why we started
Seamless Gutters LLC was founded by Antonio Roman, who came up through general contracting before going out on his own. The idea was straightforward: bring genuine craftsmanship to a trade most Valley homeowners have never had to think about, and do the work the way it should be done rather than the way that is fastest.
“To do integrous work without cutting corners — like most people are afraid the company next door will.”
That is the whole standard. Most people calling a gutter company have never hired one before, have no way to judge the work, and are quietly worried they are about to be taken advantage of. We would rather be the company that makes that worry unnecessary.
Licensed, and it matters more than people realise
We hold Arizona ROC licence #365076, classification CR-45 — Commercial & Residential Sheet Metal.
Arizona requires a contractor licence for any job over $1,000, which covers essentially every gutter installation. The dual classification also means we can legally take commercial work, not only residential — a distinction many gutter companies in this market cannot make.
You can verify any Arizona contractor, including us, through the Arizona Registrar of Contractors. We would encourage you to check whoever you hire.
Licensed residential contractors in Arizona also contribute to the state’s Residential Contractors’ Recovery Fund, which exists to protect homeowners if a licensed contractor fails to perform. It is a protection you get by hiring licensed — and one you give up entirely by hiring unlicensed.
Our warranty
| Coverage | Term |
|---|---|
| Material | 50-year |
| Workmanship | 5-year |
Both are set out in the written agreement you receive before work begins, along with exactly what is covered, what is excluded and how to make a claim. We would rather hand you the terms up front than have you discover them later.
How we work
Formed on site, not in a warehouse
We run our own roll-forming machine at your house. Your gutters are made to your roofline in one continuous piece — no shop, no shipping, no splicing lengths together to make them fit.
Corners cut by hand
We hand-cut and strip-miter every corner. It takes longer than snapping a pre-made box miter into place, and it is the difference between a corner that reads as a clean line and one that reads as a joint.
Real hardware
Proper downspout straps, not recycled scrap. The parts nobody looks at are the parts that fail first.
Our crew, not a sub
Gutter work is done by our own employees. The only thing we sub out is fascia and wood-rot carpentry, and we tell you before we do it.
