The website is information, not an offer

Content on this site describes our services in general terms. Nothing on this website is a binding quote, a guarantee of price, or an offer to contract. Service descriptions, capabilities and timeframes are general and may not apply to your specific property.

Estimates

Submitting the estimate form starts a conversation. It does not create a contract and does not reserve a place in our schedule. Any figure given over the phone is a preliminary range based on limited information. Only a written, signed agreement following an on-site assessment sets a binding price and scope.

Your agreement governs the work

All work is performed under a separate written agreement provided before work begins. That agreement — not this website — contains the binding scope, price, payment terms, schedule, warranty terms and your cancellation rights, including any right of cancellation required by federal or Arizona law for contracts signed at your home. Where anything on this website conflicts with your signed agreement, the agreement controls.

Warranty

We provide a 50-year material warranty and a 5-year workmanship warranty. The specific coverage, exclusions, transferability and claims process are set out in the warranty certificate issued with your job. Summary statements on this website are descriptive only.

Licensing

Arizona requires a contractor licence for construction work valued at $1,000 or more, including labour and materials. Our licence status can be verified through the Arizona Registrar of Contractors.

By contacting us you agree we may reply by phone or email. Text messaging requires your separate express consent, which you may withdraw at any time by replying STOP. See our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

The text, photographs and design of this website are the property of Seamless Gutters LLC and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seamless Gutters LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.
