Avondale, Arizona

Seamless gutter installation in Avondale.

Avondale is genuinely two cities. A mid-century Old Town core where the fascia has taken decades of runoff, and newer tract growth where the house has simply never had gutters.

Old Town and everything after

The Old Town core dates from the 1940s through the 1970s — single-storey, shingle, original wood fascia, and mature vegetation that has had fifty years to grow over the roofline. On these homes we press the fascia along its whole length before quoting, because decades of unmanaged water running down wood leaves soft sections, and hanging new gutters off compromised fascia is a job you pay for twice.

The bulk of Avondale, though, is post-1980 tract growth: tile roofs, tighter lots, sound fascia, and no gutters from the builder. Straightforward work, and the more common job.

Avondale is also the most price-conscious of the West Valley cities we serve, and we would rather be straight about what that means than pretend otherwise. It means we will tell you when your house only needs gutters on one or two elevations rather than the full perimeter, which is often true and considerably cheaper. It does not mean we install a thinner product — we do not have a budget line and a real line. The way we save you money is scope, not specification.

Ground is flat West Valley floor, so as in Goodyear and Surprise, where the water goes after the downspout usually matters as much as catching it.

What we install in Avondale

Why homeowners here call us

Formed on site, not in a warehouse

We run our own roll-forming machine at your house. Your gutters are made to your roofline in one continuous piece — no shop, no shipping, no splicing lengths together to make them fit.

Corners cut by hand

We hand-cut and strip-miter every corner. It takes longer than snapping a pre-made box miter into place, and it is the difference between a corner that reads as a clean line and one that reads as a joint.

Real hardware

Proper downspout straps, not recycled scrap. The parts nobody looks at are the parts that fail first.

Our crew, not a sub

Gutter work is done by our own employees. The only thing we sub out is fascia and wood-rot carpentry, and we tell you before we do it.

Avondale questions

Do I need gutters all the way around?
Very often not. Plenty of Avondale homes only need them on the one or two elevations where the roof sheds toward an entry, a patio, a walkway or a planting bed. That is a much smaller job and it is frequently the right one. We will tell you if that is your situation.
Do you have a cheaper option?
Not a cheaper product, no. We run one specification because a thinner gutter with wider hanger spacing is not a saving, it is a deferred cost. What we will do is scope the job honestly so you are not paying for coverage you do not need.
My Old Town house has original wood fascia.
Then it gets inspected before we quote. Decades of water running down original wood usually leaves soft sections. If there is rot it has to be repaired first — we subcontract that carpentry and tell you before we do rather than discovering it on install day.
The yard holds water after storms.
Common on flat lots here. That is a drainage problem rather than a gutter problem, and we do both. Sometimes the right answer is a buried drain line to a controlled outlet and the gutters are secondary.
